Privacy Policy

How Seraxi collects, uses, and protects personal data — written for an audience that lives and breathes data protection.

Last updated: June 2026

This document is a template provided for transparency and is being finalized with legal counsel. It does not yet constitute the final, binding agreement.

01

Who we are

Seraxi ("we", "us") builds on-premise security-infrastructure software — Trace, Keep, and Lens. This policy covers personal data we process through our website and corporate communications.

Our products are designed to run on your own appliance: operational data captured, backed up, or discovered by Trace, Keep, and Lens stays within your perimeter and is not transmitted to Seraxi unless you explicitly export and share it.

02

Data we collect

Website and contact data: the information you provide when you email us or request a demo — your name, business email, organisation, and the content of your message.

Technical data: standard server logs and, where applicable, privacy-respecting analytics used to keep the site secure and measure aggregate interest. We do not build advertising profiles.

03

How and why we use it

We use the data you share to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide support to customers, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. Our lawful bases include your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a business — as recognised under KVKK and GDPR.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except processors that help us run our business under written agreements, or where required by law.

04

KVKK (Law No. 6698) & GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request access, correction, or deletion, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (the KVKK Authority in Turkey, or your local supervisory authority under GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

05

Retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to a security company to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
